Customer Liability: The customer is responsible for all damages to the rented equipment unless an optional insurance coverage is elected by the rentee upon execution of the equipment rental agreement. The credit card provided at execution of the equipment rental agreement will be charged for all damages when returned if not paid by the rentee.
