Brook’s was amazing. Communicated very well with me up until the start of my trip until the last day when I returned. The camper was fantastic, clean, in great shape and clearly well maintained. Set up was easy, operation was easy, just an all around great experience. Had an issue with the TV but Brooks took care of that immediately and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for me. The whole experience was great. Pick up and drop off was very simple, with clear instructions. The trailer was in very good condition. Good tires and trailer brakes worked very well. It was also a major plus having the straps and other accessories included. I would 1000% recommend renting from T and D Rentals. I will most definitely be coming back in the future.
